En ces de no show ou d annulation sans preavis ,l hotelier se reserve le droit de facturer au client une indemnité de 100% du montant des services réservés, sur la totalité de la durée du séjour.
En cas d'événement majeur, ou d'annulation sans préavis, l'hôtel se réserve la possibilité de faire héberger partiellement ou totalement les participants dans un hôtel de proximité et de catégorie équivalente.
Les factures sont établies et sont payables en monnaie locale. Sauf conditions particulières, les factures sont payables au départ du client ou à réception de facture en cash, virement bancaire, virement SWIFT, ou chèque de banque. Tout retard de paiement constaté par l'hôtel lui confère le droit de facturer au client des pénalités de retard sur la base de une fois et demie le taux d'intérêt légal. Les frais de procédure engagés par l'hôtel pour recouvrer ses créances sont à la charge du client
L'hôtelier s'engage à mettre ses chambres à disposition du client à partir de 14 heures. Les chambres doivent être libérées au plus tard à 12 heures le jour du départ.
Les annulations partielles ou totales du nombre de participants doivent etre signifiées par ecrit a l hotelier .Elles donnent lieu à la facturation des indemnitéses suivantes ;
Plus de 15 jours avant l arrivée du client :pas d indemnité
Entre 18 et 8 jours avant l arrivée du client :indemnite de 50%
Moins de 7 jours avant l arrivée du client :indemnite de 100%
